All information provided on this Site, including but not limited to aircraft listings, charter pricing, consultancy fees, and performance metrics, is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes a legally binding public offer or an agreement to sell, purchase, or charter. All aircraft are subject to prior sale, lease, or withdrawal from the market without notice. Prices and terms are subject to change at any time. A binding agreement is only formed upon the execution of a formal written contract (e.g., an Aircraft Purchase Agreement or Charter Contract) signed by all authorized parties.

3. Aircraft Specifications & Verification Disclaimer

At KFE AVIA, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our inventory and off-market aircraft. However:

• Informational Use Only: All specifications, including Total Time (TT), engine cycles, maintenance records, avionics configurations, and interior details, are provided as introductory information only.

• Buyer’s Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and their appointed technical representatives to independently verify all specifications, logbooks, compliance, and aircraft condition during a formal Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI).

• No Warranty: KFE AVIA, our CEO Konstantin Fedchenko, our brokers, and our technical experts explicitly disclaim any liability for typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the descriptions provided on this Site. Aircraft are sold “As Is, Where Is” unless otherwise stated in the final purchase agreement.

4. Charter Estimates

Estimated flight times, routing, and charter quotes provided via our Site or communication channels are approximate. Actual flight times and final costs may vary due to weather conditions, Air Traffic Control (ATC) routing, airport slot availability, and fluctuations in fuel surcharges.

All content published on the Site, including but not limited to texts, high-resolution imagery, graphics, logos, video tours, and software, is the intellectual property of KFE AVIA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
